Dover is the second busiest market on this site and it lists more three bedroom houses than anywhere else on the Seacoast. Compare Dover colonial homes, create a free account to save this search and receive new listing alerts, or call Great Island Realty at 603-433-3350 for local guidance.
Dover grew around the mills on the Cocheco and the housing shows every stage of it. The streets below Garrison Hill and back from Central Avenue hold close set frame houses from the mill years, many of them two unit in origin. The Garrison Hill slope has larger nineteenth century houses on deeper lots. Out toward Dover Point and the Bellamy River the building is postwar and later, on wider ground with water nearby. Great Island Realty knows the whole city.
