She was amazing to work with so when it came time for us to buy a house, we knew immediately we wanted to work with her again. We started our search back in July in 2022 and gave her the summary of what we were looking for. We told her we just wanted to causally start looking and receive listings from her as they come. She was happy to go at our pace but then as soon as we found a place we liked, we let her know and she jumped on it immediately. A showing was typically set up within a matter of hours. She was super flexible with scheduling as well and made herself very available. Last summer and fall had a very competitive market but she was amazing through it all. We relocated to New Hampshire from California during a tough buyer's market and
were referred to Lori's office by some friends who used to live nearby. Lori was
immediately on the ball, sending us listings tailored to our criteria and jumping on any
property we wanted to tour.
When we fell in love with a home online, she helped us get a quick viewing and write a
great offer on the same day. She stayed in constant communication between us and the
sellers' agent, ensuring we met the offer deadline and submitted a competitive bid. We
ultimately accepted the sellers' counteroffer and beat out the other buyers, securing our
dream home surrounded by gorgeous forests.
Throughout our home buying process Lori was both friendly and professional, as well as
responsive and knowledgeable. When our own bank was having technical difficulties
and couldn't immediately supply a loan approval letter, she got us in touch with a local
financier who had a letter for us in half an hour so that our offer could be finalized on
time. When the sellers weren't able to move out as early as they originally planned, she
helped to make sure we were kept informed and updated, and stayed by our sides for a
smooth transfer of ownership. On closing day she even had personalized gifts ready for
us and our son, who she knew loves gardening. We would absolutely recommend Lori
for purchasing a home in New Hampshire!

She went above and beyond, calling to make sure permits were applied for and closed for the one property that recently underwent major renovations. I was moving from out of state and really appreciated all the information Jennifer was able to give me about each town we visited and the ability to do all the paperwork electronically too.
