Exeter, New Hampshire is a charming town located in Rockingham County, just west of the Atlantic Ocean. With a thriving downtown and incredibly easy access to Route 101 and I-95 (two of the major commuter routes in New Hampshire), Exeter is a very popular destination for homebuyers.

Exeter is centrally located between some of the best parts of the New Hampshire Seacoast. It is just 10 miles to the Atlantic Ocean and 17 miles to downtown Portsmouth. Route 101 and I-95 are both just minutes from Exeter, making a commute into Boston, Manchester or Portland, Maine quite easy.
